We are pleased to announce the promotions of Allison Amato to Associate Director of Operations and Dina Abdo to Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.

As we continue to grow, Operations will be increasingly important to sustain the high level of customer service Saliense is known for, and I am confident we couldn’t be in better hands.”

For the past three years, Allison has managed our daily operations functions including compliance, finance, and logistics. This new role will expand her responsibilities to involve management of the Operations staff.

With more than 15 years’ experience in project and operations management, including nearly eight years in the United States Marine Corps, Allison specializes in developing efficient and cost-effective solutions to reduce redundancies and maximize company resources. Allison is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned a master’s degree in Project Management from Boston University. She also holds a bachelor’s in Social Science from Campbell University and a master’s in Criminal Justice from Boston University.

Dina Abdo is the newly named Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager supporting our certification processes and other Operations functions. In her four years with Saliense, Dina has performed multiple vital roles ranging from Project Analyst to Operations Support.

Currently, a Doctoral candidate pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Services Research with a concentration in knowledge discovery and health informatics, Dina is also a graduate professor at George Mason University. She holds a master’s degree in Health Informatics Information Technology and a bachelor’s in Biology from George Mason University.
