This year has been one of growth for Saliense, and we are pleased to cap it with the announcement of these talented new members of our team: Elicia Hart, CSM; Anne Trotter; Willie McAllister; and Heather Sellers. Each accomplished in their own right, but collectively a force to be reckoned with. Welcome aboard!

Elicia Hart joins us with more than 8 years of DoD experience in Project Management. In her previous role she focused on process improvement, streamlining best practices, improving first time quality, and creating a cultivating team environment.

Anne Trotter began her career in the U. S. Army as a Satellite Communications Operator/Maintainer. Following her military service, she has worked as a government contractor for more than 20 years, performing every job from installation to configuration management.  Since earning a position in information security, as an ISSE, Anne has worked to ensure secure development with some fascinating programs supporting national defense.

Willie McAllister joins Saliense with over 13 years of Government/Government Contracting service in Cyber Security/Accreditation. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional with experience working with enterprise/mission systems for Navy, Joint Military and Defense Health Community. His work experience includes initiating and implementing program-wide cyber initiatives, cyber accreditation (RMF and DIACAP), risk management, and incident response.

Heather Sellers is a self-proclaimed policy and procedure geek. Although her work has been security-focused for the past 11 years, Heather is open to applying her skills and expertise to additional areas of focus as needed. It’s hard to get excited about both policies and security but she is proud to have been a part of standing up several security initiatives in system authorization requirements in her previous roles and is looking forward to bringing the excitement of those ideas to Saliense.
