Saliense Launches New, Dedicated Solutions Development Capability; Names Kartik Verma, Vice President, as Lead

To lead this new unit, Saliense has appointed Kartik Verma as Vice President of Solutions Development.

This new division is designed to replace fragmented contract-by-contract modernization with a unified, scalable approach to building mission-focused technology solutions. By standardizing proven capabilities across government agencies, Saliense aims to improve efficiency, consistency and long-term impact for its clients.

In this new role, Kartik will lead the company’s strategy for designing and delivering innovative solutions across cybersecurity and modernization capabilities. His focus will include translating customer requirements, delivery insights, and emerging mission demands into scalable offerings that drive measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
